Anyone here knows the recipes for apple pie? thanks alot.?

Try this easy-to-make apple pie!





1/3 cup brown sugar


1/3 cup sugar


1 tablespoon whole grain flour or white


1 teaspoon lemon juice


1/3 teaspoon cinnamon


7 1/2 cups peeled and pared baking apples


1 egg


2 – 9” pie crusts





1. Preheat oven to 425° F.


2. Spray 9” glass pie dish with cooking spray and fit one crust to bottom and sides of pan.


3. Combine sugar, brown sugar, flour, lemon juice and cinnamon and mix well. Add apples to mixture and stir until well coated.


4. Pour apple mixture into pan with pie crust, spreading as evenly as possible. Place the second pie crust on top of filling and trim the edges. Lightly glaze top of the pie with egg and sprinkle with a bit of sugar.


5. Bake 35 – 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool 30 minutes before serving.

Grandma's Apple Pie





6 cups peeled, sliced apples (Idared, Golden Delicious, Jonathan, Granny Smith)


1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


1/2 cup sugar


1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar


2 tablespoons all-purpose flour


1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg


2 tablespoons butter


pastry for double-crust 9-inch pie





Preheat oven to 450°F.





Combine apples and lemon juice in mixing bowl. Combine sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well. Pour sugar mixture over apples, and stir to coat. Spoon filling into pastry-lined 9-inch pie pan. Dot with butter.


Transfer top pastry to top of pie, trimming off excess. Fold edges under to seal, and flute rim. Cut slits, decorative or not, into top pastry for steam to escape.


Bake in preheated 450°F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F, and bake for 45 minutes.Anyone here knows the recipes for apple pie? thanks alot.?
Easy Apple Pie:





1½ hours 30 min prep


6-8 servings


1 pie





Pastry Shell


1 1/2 cups flour


1 1/2 teaspoons sugar


1 teaspoon salt


1/2 cup oil


2 tablespoons cold milk


Filling


1/2 cup sugar


2 tablespoons flour


1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


1/2 teaspoon nutmeg


4 cups sliced apples


Streusel Topping


1/2 cup flour


1/2 cup butter


1/2 cup sugar





1. Pastry shell.


2. Combine first 3 ingredients.


3. Blend together next 2 ingredients and stir into flour mixture. Mix well.


4. Pat into 9'; pie pan.


5. Filling.


6. Combine first 4 ingredients, toss with apples.


7. pour into unbaked pastry shell.


8. Streusel.


9. Mix streusel ingredients with fingers until crumbly sprinkle over top of pie.


10. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
